SCAFFOLDING PROTECTION NET - Debris protection netting

Our Easy Scaffolding Netting is a lightweight HDPE debris netting designed to protect workers and pedestrians walking near the base of a scaffolding structure. In most cases the construction site manager or the insurance company request precise guarantees to minimize the risk that plaster, stone, construction materials in general or construction equipment inadvertely falling from the scaffolding could harm people or damage property.
Debris netting (mostly called scaffolding netting) is an economical alternative to other expensive plastic enclosure systems when it is not necessary to completely isolate the work area from inclement weather.
Debris netting allows most of the wind to pass right through, so when mounted on scaffolding in windy areas, it avoids excessive wind loads on the netting attachements, or on the scaffold itself.

Our basic scaffold protection netting is surprisingly strong and resilient for a lightweight scaffolding netting:

· made of long-lasting quality HDPE (High Density Polyethylene)
· properly protected against deterioration caused by sun UV rays (common problem in all construction plastics)
· special mesh studied for limiting netting elasticity, improving containment efficiency and speeding up installation by unrolling the net vertically down the scaffold
· suitable for outdoor construction at temperature extremes (-42°C +70°C / -43F +158F)
· reinforced hem with built-in eyelets every 5 cm for easier and professional installation on the scaffolding framework

EASY SCAFFOLDING NETTING
Basic scaffold protection netting in plastic strong monofilament. It has reinforced eyelets positioned every about 5 cm. along the edges so that it is easily and firmly hooked up to almost any point of the scaffolding.

SCAFFOLDING NETTING INSTALLATION ADVICE
The width of the available nettings is suitable to different scaffolding standards.
We suggest to mount the netting vertically down the construction scaffolding, as the particular construction of this netting makes it easy and fast to unroll it down and hook it on the scaffold (however it is also possible to hook the netting horizontally along the scaffold framework, if required).
This netting is not designed to stop debris from falling or as fall protection for workers. Please take all necessary safety measures within the scaffolding structure (expecially with debris falling downwards) and around the scaffolded area.
The netting is made of strong plastic monofilament and can be reused more times in different construction works.
